Friday night and very busy. Arrived early so we would not have to wait. Placed order and waited a very long time. Talked with the manager, Chris and he finally got the food to the table. Then they had problems getting corn tortillas to the table.
Chris was extremely helpful and was not happy that it too so long to get the food to our table. Chris comped the meal which was not exprected but appreciated.
We have dined at this Pappasitos many times and we love the food. We really appreciated the action by Chris and our waiter (do not know his name) who did thier best to get the food to our table. We will return again because it is a great place to eat.
Pros: Best Fajitas in Town
Cons: Very Busy but Worth the Wait

I usually enjoy my visits to Pappasito's. They have good fajitas and I really like their mixed grill (although for some reason you sometimes can't get it.) The place is sometimes quite crowded, so this is not the place for a quite dinner (but good for taking kids). The margaritas are good and I think my wife really likes the "swirl". Good for big groups since noise is not an issue and they have lots of room. Parking is usually not an issue (although with recent I-45 construction, access can be problematic for those coming from outside the area.
